What Calgary pest-control reviews actually punish

No-shows, mice in November, cancellation theatre, and a ticket instead of a file. The market already wrote the brief.

Read a year of Calgary pest-control reviews — small operators through national brands — and the one-star stories rhyme. The technician did not show. The mice were back in November. A contract appeared after the first visit. Nobody called back. The ‘treatment’ was a spray and a smile. Praise rhymes too: a named person, a window they kept, an explanation of the gap, and a follow-up that actually happened.

Those are not marketing themes. They are operational failures. A no-show is a scheduling system that treats the occupant’s afternoon as free inventory. Recurring mice are an open joint sold as a bait program. Cancellation theatre is how a vendor gets paid for the sequel they caused.

Framework was built as the inverse of that list. Arrival windows in writing. A written program — seasonal or quarterly — instead of a fog you cannot explain. A photo-ranked file instead of a ticket. If a pathway we closed reopens in the first freeze-thaw season, we come back to that joint.

If you are comparing vendors this week, read their recent one-stars first. Ask three questions: Will I get a window. What happens when the mice return. What do I hold in my hand after you leave.
